A huge thankyou to Lilah who tokk care of our six fury babies while we went away for the first time in a year. Instead of having to leave the responsibility to friends or family Lilah came and met our pets needs twice a day and even administered medication to one. I know feel able to go away feeling confident that they are in safe hands and not have the torment of putting them in a cattery which would cause them distress and can be very expensive. I would reccomend Pet Paws to any anxious pet owner who tends not to go away for fear of leaving their loved ones in strange hands. Our kids were safe in their own home and their routine continued whilst us not being there. On our return all the little ones were as we left them safe and sound, i will definately be using the service again x

Wow! I was thoroughly impressed during Martin's visit to help me and my dog Snoop. Within 10 minutes, I felt calm, relaxed and more in control of Snoop. It was really interesting talking to Martin and seeing things from a whole new perspective which has really helped me to understand snoop's behaviour and to appreciate how my own behaviour impacts on my dog. Since Martin's visit, I have picked up some very basic but effective strategies to ensure Snoop does what I want her to do in the house rather than what she wants to do! An excellent and high value for money service! I would thoroughly recommend a visit from martin for anyone who is struggling with their dog.

Ive been using Pet Paws service for 3 years now and my cat Tippy is so much happier when I return from a holiday than he ever was before I used PP. The peace of mind I have when I go away is terrific. Martin has also performed healing on him for a tumour that he has and the results have been amazing. I first used petpaws back when I wanted my fancy rats taken care of whilst I was on holiday, then because of a tragic accident my father had I was left with his little dog and worked full time I approached Martin and Lilah at petpaws and they assured us that Daisy would be well cared for and not to worry, True to their word Daisy has been cared for so well she get her walks whatever the weather and her needs taken care of, and I see Daisy more settled and content and know that daisy has been taken care of Petpaws are dedicated people who do a great job and genuinely enjoy their work, If this is the type of service you are looking for do not hesitate using them you can relax in the knowledge that your pet will be taken care of.Donna White in Bournville.

We've had the pleasure of using Pet Paws over the last 10 years. Both Martin and Lilah were so helpful and sympathetic looking after our first cat Ollie who had a terminal illness and were a godsend when we in his final days when we needed their support. Lilah is incredibly thoughtful and kind and when she looked after Ollie when we were on honeymoon, we came home to a cat diary and a congratulations card from the cat! Since then Pet Paws has cared for our cats, Meg and Mog in the comfort of our home. This incredible service leaves us with no worries about our pets or home when away. One of the best bits of their service is the fact that they just don't feed the cats and go, but they stay while and make them feel loved. We're moving away to the South West and I'm sad that we won't be able to use Pet Paws again but I'm so thankful to Lilah and Martin for all their help overr the years.

We have moved house and no longer have the responsible, reliable and caring dog walking service provided by Lilah.
This is a GREAT loss and from my experience no other dog walking service can compare.
It is so difficult to find someone with experience, mature outlook and who can be a true friend to my dog.
Really, I am now on my third dog walker in 3 months, they all say the right things and make me feel comfortable with their service but when I peer into the cracks I find their actions do not live up to their promises.
With Lilah, what you see is what you get, very observant, caring, trustworthy and totally reliable.
I wish I was still living nearby and wish Lilah was still taking my dog out for a walk every day.
I wish Lilah was still on hand for assistance, guidance and to provide the peace of mind we enjoyed for so long.
As you can see, the services of Lilah are sadly missed, a really truly superb animal loving friend.
If you are looking for a dog walker you will make a big mistake to pass up on the opportunity of Lilah.
