I know that letting someone else take care of your pet can be difficult. To make the process a little easier, I’ve put together some of the questions I’m frequently asked. If there’s something I’ve missed, just reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

Notice to clients:
1. Deposits taken to secure a booking date are non returnable.
2. Any Cancellations or Holidays cut short, the fees will remain payable.
3. No refunds will be considered if clients cancel during the contract.
4. Please ensure all dogs are microchipped.

Please note all Pets Boarded by Pet Paws must be treated for fleas, tic's, etc. Pet Paws accepts no liability or responsibility for pets who have not been treated, all owners must ensure that pets are treated before boarding. Pet Paws advise that small pets such as rabbits etc are vaccinated. All payments must be made in advance of contract commencing. If contracts are cancelled during the contract visits, no refunds can be given.
